杉の森 narai kinmon

杉の森酒造位於海拔約940公尺的日本，在這片得天獨厚、貼近天空的自然豐饒環境中釀造清酒。冬季氣溫可降至近零下20度，山間的水源甚至會結冰。度過嚴寒後，四周新綠環繞，空氣清新宜人，舒適的季節持續良久。秋季時，山巒更被紅葉染得絢爛奪目。這裡是能深刻感受日本四季流轉之美的絕佳之地。

渴望將這片自然的豐沛魅力，淋漓盡致地融入風味之中。一般酒造多以大型槽進行分工量產，但我們的酒藏堅持由「杜氏」一人親手細作，即使小批量生產亦能追求卓越品質，因此選用900與1,800公升的小型槽。此外，多數酒藏僅在冬季釀造，我們卻為將四季變幻與自然之美淬鍊入酒，採行全年皆可生產的「四季醸造」工法。
