《 關於釀造「作」的清水清三郎商店 》
清水清三郎商店創立於明治2年，位於近海的鈴鹿市若松地區。創始人清水清三郎原為經營漁網與漁船的「網元」，相傳其以積累資金為基礎，跨足清酒釀造業而始。

此地受益於鈴鹿山脈的清冽伏流水，伊勢平原亦盛產釀酒所需米糧，加上通往江戶、大坂的海運港灣，條件得天獨厚。據傳過去此地酒藏林立、繁盛一時，如今清水清三郎商店已成鈴鹿市唯一的釀酒藏。

2000年11月，現今的主力品牌「作」誕生。其人氣迅速攀升，產量逐年增長，最終建立全年釀造的「四季釀造」體制。作為全年供應新鮮新酒的「藏出酒藏」，更受市場青睞。
