「HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026」這款清酒採用了2026年的生肖「午」的設計，是以「二粒山田錦」為基底限量釀造而成。我們使用了山口縣最高級的山田錦，並以石灰岩地帶蘊育而出的湧泉作為釀造用水，藉此表現出穀物的豐潤風味、清澈透明的甘甜以及多層次的礦物感。敬請享受開瓶瞬間迸發的華麗果實香氣，以及擴散於口中的優雅餘韻。大嶺特別委託了自江戶時代初期延續至今的萩燒名門窯元「田原陶兵衛工房」，以馬上杯為主題製作了這款獨特的酒器。馬上杯向來被視為象徵勝利與繁榮的吉祥之器。這款酒杯在優雅的造型上融入了新年的設計元素，為喜慶的場合增添非凡品味與華麗氛圍。
