鳳凰美田 芳 PREMIUM VINTAGE 2020

此款作品以「芳」命名，背後意思是對日本有機農法栽培者藤田芳先生致意。從2000年起，藤田先生開始改變種植方針，以鑽研有機種植法而出名，完全不添加任何除蟲劑。

於2020年，屬於一個非常難以種植酒米的一個年度，皆因平均氣溫低及降雨量比過往高。基於這兩個原因，酒米非常容易被破壞，亦容易患有傳染病。因此鳳凰美田特意採用於2020年出產的「富之香」，再經過冰溫-10度三年熟成，釀製出這款極具深層至味道變化的清酒，無論冷飲及暖飲均能體現出清酒多變的表現。

冷飲下能夠感受極致的平衡度，青蘋果及輕熟水果香氣為主調。暖飲下，甘辛平衡同時亦發揮了極致的米香，入口順滑到喉。
